Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The south half utilizes the existing hard shoulder, compresses the lane widths, adjusts the markings, and adds one additional straight lane to bring the number of Interchange is a major thoroughfare, high traffic flow, accessory facilities are locally damaged and missing more.
