At present, the development level of Nanjing's integration of dual-chemistry reaches 74.3, which is 10.7 and 5.1 points higher than the average level of the whole country and Jiangsu Province, respectively. The key enterprises in the city have reached 74.5%, 92% and 92.6% in key process CNC rate, operation and management digitalization penetration rate and digital R&D and design tool penetration rate respectively, which are all ranked in the forefront of Jiangsu Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In terms of industrial base<\/strong>Nanjing focuses on machine-driven, hard and soft synergy, and in recent years has attracted and nurtured a number of excellent software and hardware enterprises in the field of intelligent manufacturing, such as Exton, Huichuan Technology, Process Equipment, Longcom Wisdom, and Keyuan Wisdom, which provide strong support for the development of the city's intelligent manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the first half of this year, Exton shipments ranked first in China's robotics market, Huichuan Technology high-end equipment R & D production base has been officially put into production, supporting the city's core robotics industry growth rate of 20%; industrial software scale accounted for more than 40% of the province, covering R & D design and other core aspects of the manufacturing industry, and to achieve a wide range of applications in the field of electronic information, iron and steel petrochemicals, etc.. In addition, Nanjing also focuses on software and information services (artificial intelligence), robotics and other key industries, specifically set up an industrial attack to promote the Office, and strive for the annual scale of the software and information services industry of more than one trillion, the smart grid industry of more than 500 billion, intelligent manufacturing equipment industry of more than 300 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The city now has 12 national-level smart factories (including 5 national excellence-level smart factories), 3 national-level digital pilot enterprises, and ZTE Nanjing Riverside Factory has been built into the country's first five-star 5G factory. This year, the city is expected to continue to add a number of national excellence-level smart factories, is synchronized to create the first batch of national navigation-level smart factories, to help Nanjing manufacturing industry as a whole to achieve a greater level of competence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nanjing focuses on building a high-speed ubiquitous, intelligent and agile digital infrastructure platform system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In terms of deep network coverage<\/strong>The city has built a total of 48,000 5G base stations, with 50 per 10,000 people; the bandwidth of the national Internet backbone direct connection point has expanded to 4,600G, ranking third in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In terms of the supply of arithmetic resources<\/strong>The city has accumulated six smart computing centers, with a smart computing scale of over 21,000P, effectively empowering the collaborative optimization of the AI industry chain, supply chain and innovation chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Breakthroughs in cutting-edge technology<\/strong>In addition, Zijinshan Laboratory launched the construction of the industry's first 6G integrated laboratory, and the Future Network Experimental Facility (CENI) was formally completed to undertake the national \"East Counts, West Counts\" project demonstration task, which can provide low-latency, low-jitter, high-throughput, and high-reliability network transmission services for the manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
