这些年，埃斯顿立足南京，在创新方面取得了在哪些成就？
Over the years, what achievements has ESTUN made in innovation while based in Nanjing?
埃斯顿自动化是1993年在南京成立的，我们发展了30年，也始终聚焦在自动化和智能化的领域。我们比较有代表性的产品首先是我们的机器人产品。埃斯顿已经拥有3公斤到700公斤负载，70余款工业机器人，覆盖SCARA MINI、通用六轴小负载中负载大负载协作机器人系列。在2021年埃斯顿自动化全年销量突破1万台，并且连续多年位列中国多关节工业机器人出货量第一位。而且我们机器人关键核心部件全部实现自制，可以完全实现自主可控。埃斯顿机器人目前在光伏锂电、金属加工、轨道交通、工程机械等领域市占率都非常高。在中国的出货量已经做到国产第一、世界前二，这和我们在技术上的不断突破和创新，在产品品质和性能上的不断打磨都是分不开的。
ESTUN Automation was established in Nanjing in 1993. Over the past 30 years, we have focused on the fields of automation and intelligence. Our flagship products are, first and foremost, our robots. ESTUN now has over 70 models of industrial robots ranging from 3 to 700 kilograms load, covering the SCARA MINI, general six-axis small-load, medium-load, and large-load collaborative robot series. In 2021, ESTUN Automation’s annual sales exceeded 10,000 units, ranking first in China’s multi-joint industrial robot shipments for multiple consecutive years. Moreover, all key core components of our robots are fully self-manufactured, ensuring complete independence and control. ESTUN robots currently hold a high market share in fields such as photovoltaics, lithium batteries, metal processing, rail transportation, and construction machinery. Our domestic shipments have already achieved first place in China and second place globally. This achievement is inseparable from our continuous breakthroughs and innovations in technology, and the constant refinement of product quality and performance
为什么公司30年来一直在南京发展？
Why has the company been developing in Nanjing for 30 years?
我从小生长在南京，在南京待了也快40年了，对南京非常了解，南京地理位置非常好，是全国性的中心城市.
I grew up in Nanjing and have been here for nearly 40 years. I have a deep understanding of Nanjing. Nanjing’s geographical location is excellent; it is a national central city and a hub for national strategies.
南京这座城市不仅有充满创新精神的人，还有支持创新的土壤，这个良性循环促成了前沿技术孵化产业项目，产业项目的蓬勃发展，也带动了城市经济发展。这就是为什么南京的智能制造产业可以处于全国前列。最近南京在人工智能、大数据、半导体等新兴领域也孵化出了一大批优秀企业，所以我相信南京对全国甚至全世界的企业都是有很强吸引力的。
Nanjing not only has innovative people but also provides a supportive environment for innovation. This virtuous cycle has fostered the incubation of cutting-edge technology projects and the vigorous development of industrial projects, which has also driven urban economic development. This is why Nanjing’s intelligent manufacturing industry can lead the country. Recently, Nanjing has incubated a large number of excellent enterprises in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, big data, and semiconductors. Therefore, I believe Nanjing is highly attractive to enterprises from both China and around the world.
我们在南京周边的合作伙伴非常多，比如南京的南高齿、南京工艺装备厂都是我们的供应商，南瑞集团、南钢集团以及中车浦镇都是我们的客户。所以我们在南京周边的合作伙伴还是非常多的。整个长三角地区的销售大概占我们总销售的30%左右，我们也希望通过努力，把机器人产业打造成南京的一张名片。
We have many partners around Nanjing, such as NGC Group and Nanjing Technology and Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which are our suppliers. NARI Group, NISCO, and CRRC Puzhen are our customers. Therefore, we have many partners around Nanjing. Sales in the entire Yangtze River Delta region account for about 30% of our total sales. We also hope to make the robot industry a business card for Nanjing through our efforts.
埃斯顿未来发展有哪些布局？
What are ESTUN’s future development plans?
回顾历程，埃斯顿自动化凭借运动控制核心技术，在2010年进入工业机器人领域。10年间，我们坚持技术创新和研发，不断推陈出新，提高产品的竞争力和适应性，引领智能产业发展。在2016年，我们的机器人产业初具规模，相继在钣金、折弯、光伏、压铸、冲压、锂电等行业开发了定制机型，不断为客户开发高质量的产品和服务。
Looking back on our journey, ESTUN Automation entered the industrial robot field in 2010 with its core motion control technology. During the 10 years, we persisted in technological innovation and R&D, constantly bringing forth new ideas to enhance product competitiveness and adaptability, leading the development of intelligent industries. In 2016, our robot industry began to take shape, successively developing customized models in industries such as sheet metal, bending, photovoltaics, die-casting, stamping, and lithium batteries, continually developing high-quality products and services for customers.
如今埃斯顿在中国、欧洲、北美、东南亚已经拥有64个全球服务网点，携手全球伙伴不断追寻智能技术发展的共同道路。工业机器人与智能化技术会成为人类生活中不可或缺的一部分，为人类带来更多的便利效率和安全，持续推动社会进步。埃斯顿一直秉承人人享受自动化的企业使命，致力于创造一个更美好的世界的企业愿景，未来机器人及智能制造会在工厂中提质增效降本，同时也会惠及每个人的日常生活。我们目前在积极布局海外市场，首先会布局东欧、土耳其、东南亚地区。
Today, ESTUN has established 64 global service points in China, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, working with global partners to explore the path of intelligent technology development. Industrial robots and intelligent technology will become an indispensable part of human life, bringing more convenience, efficiency, and safety to society and continuing to promote social progress. ESTUN has always upheld the corporate mission of enabling everyone to enjoy automation, committed to creating a better world. In the future, robots and intelligent manufacturing will improve efficiency and reduce costs in factories, benefiting everyone’s daily life. We are currently actively expanding into overseas markets, focusing first on Eastern Europe, Turkey, and Southeast Asia.

The future trends of digitalization, intelligence, and internationalization are the new trends in industrial development. For industrial manufacturing, the connectivity of production lines will continue to strengthen, the visualization of production operations will significantly increase, and system integration and digital connectivity will be key points in urban technological innovation. Adhering to the trend of low-carbon green new energy development, ESTUN will continue to lead the R&D of core autonomous technologies and industry transformation, expanding the intelligent application scenarios of robots to more industries, creating a world where everyone enjoys automation, promoting the vigorous development of urban industrial clusters, and making technology benefit everyone’s daily life.
