Recently, the construction of Nanjing Dafang Intelligent Park project ushered in new progress. The first phase of the project has completed 418 piles, with a completion rate of 94%, and is expected to complete pile construction, testing and acceptance by the end of August.
Nanjing Dafang Intelligent Park project is located in Dafang Street Pan Camp block, south of Xudong Road, close to NANCHEN Chemical Machinery Factory. The project is jointly built by Dafang Street and New District Construction and Investment Group, with a total investment of about 530 million yuan, and the construction of an industrial park of about 66 acres in two phases, including 6 multi-storey high-standard workshops, 1 high-level high-standard workshop, 1 supporting services building and 1 ancillary building.
Located in the old industrial base, Nanjing Dafang Intelligent Park undertakes the important task of transforming traditional industries in Dafang area to digital intelligence and promoting industrial upgrading. The project is dedicated to the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, manufacturing of high-end equipment components, carbon reduction technology materials and other fields.
The park can also provide a series of supporting services for industrial equipment, industrial control, industrial instrumentation, industrial sensors and other high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
At present, the project is implementing the first phase of the project, and the construction includes 4 factory buildings and 1 auxiliary building. The project plans to complete the roofing of the main structure of the first phase of the project by the end of 2025, and in June 2026, the first phase of the project will be completed and put into use.
