December 3, the Acceptance Committee appraisal, project The Acceptance Committee recognized that the project has fully completed the construction objectives and agreed that the project has passed the national acceptance. The project has produced a series of important technological breakthroughs and accelerated the process of key technology research, transformation and application of achievements and industry cultivation and development in the field of information and communication in China.
