This round of financing was led by Yida Capital, with the participation of Junshan Capital, Ruiyin Capital, Phenomenal Capital, Yuntai Capital, Hai Strontium Capital, South Venture Capital, Yangzi Fund and many other organizations. The funds raised will be mainly used to accelerate the chip flow process, improve the product verification system, and provide strong support for the subsequent market promotion.

Founded in 2022, as a technology enterprise focusing on computing chip research and development, Xeoduan's core business focuses on the cloud computing field, devoting itself to the research and development of high-performance, safe and reliable ARM Server CPUs and supporting solutions, as well as exploring technological innovations in the RISC-V CPU architecture, with the aim of providing China and the global cloud computing industry with an arithmetic infrastructure that meets the market demand.
Currently, Xeoduan is developing a server processor for intelligent edge computing scenarios, which adopts Neoverse V3 cores of ARM v9 architecture to support mainstream AI workloads; integrates PCIe 6.0 interconnect interfaces to provide high-bandwidth data transmission capabilities; and is supported by DDR5-8000 memory controllers to satisfy memory bandwidth requirements for large-scale model deployment.

It is worth mentioning that Xionduan has officially settled in Nanjing Jiangbei New District.
