The TH-200U five-axis machining center is a specialized machine tool designed for the machining of small, high-precision core components for humanoid robots, focusing on dexterous hands, joint components, joint housings, shoulder joint housings, and other micro-scale complex components. With "greater convenience, practicality, and cost-effectiveness" as its core strengths, it perfectly meets the demands of flexible production involving multiple varieties, small batches, and high precision.

Product Features:
01. Precision Machining Specifications: Three-axis travel: 400/400/350 mm, spindle speed: 20,000 rpm, positioning accuracy: 0.007/0.005/0.005 mm, rapid traverse speed: 48/48/48 m/min, A-axis swing angle: –110°/+50°
02. Highly Efficient and Flexible Configuration: Equipped with a standard 30-tool magazine, it easily handles the multi-scenario, multi-process machining requirements of humanoid robots; featuring a high-precision DD rotary table from Shigaki, with a maximum torque of 332 Nm on the tilt axis and 78 Nm on the rotation axis, and a maximum speed of 250 rpm on both axes, delivering stable and powerful output.
03. Innovative Process Design: The bamboo-joint tube has been eliminated and replaced with a ball-joint ring spray cooling system, which completely eliminates interference with the rotary table, ensures thorough cooling during the machining process, and improves surface quality and tool life. The integrated, enlarged, and extended spindle head, combined with a rear-mounted rotary table design, effectively frees up an extra-large 275 mm swing axis rear travel, providing ample machining space.
