With a dual focus on manufacturing and R&D, a strong talent pool becomes crucial.
“Next month, we’ll have more than 30 new R&D colleagues joining us, all of whom are recent graduates with degrees in optics,” said Wang Ziyao, Deputy General Manager of Haixin Cheng. He noted that R&D personnel account for 30% of the company’s workforce, and all hold master’s degrees or higher.They plan to collaborate with partner universities and join forces with the Nanjing National Integrated Circuit "Xinhuo" Platform to attract and cultivate talent in specific fields.

As the lead enterprise in the industry chain, Haixin Cheng has been actively seeking partners “right on its doorstep” and has already engaged in discussions with numerous local companies. “When production first started last year, the cafeteria had only one serving line; now there are four,” Liang Senrong said with a smile as he described the changes he’s seen.
