Infosource Group's China Headquarters

It is expected to be fully operational next month.

Founded in 2014, Yingfuyuan is a technological leader in fields such as liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging, vehicle-to-grid interaction, energy storage and charging, and smart energy solutions. It is also one of the first batch of “Little Giants” enterprises designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as key national “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” companies.

In 2022,Infosource has decided to establish its domestic headquarters in the Jiangning Development Zone in Nanjing.“We chose this location because it has a smart grid industrial cluster that covers key links in the industrial chain, and it also boasts an abundance of high-level talent,” said Yang Kang, Vice President of China Operations at Shenzhen Infoyon Technology Co., Ltd.

The new energy industry is advancing at breakneck speed, and after InfiSource made its move,JiangningA "production-while-construction" model was immediately launched. At the two interim facilities located at Jiulong Lake and Qinhuai Road, research and development and production are proceeding in tandem, with rapid growth. In the first half of this year, Infyuan’s Nanjing branch achieved an output value of 250 million yuan.

Stepping into Infyuan’s module production base at Jiulong Lake, the workshop—with an automation rate as high as 84.5%—is a hive of activity: AGVs shuttle back and forth transporting surface-mount components, robotic arms move methodically, and a single module can roll off the production line in just four hours after undergoing more than 70 production steps.Charging modules, exemplified by V2G (vehicle-to-grid), are a core technology mastered by InfiSource, and the company’s products hold a global market share of over 30%.

“It takes just the time it takes to drink a cup of coffee to fully charge a car.”Developed and built by YingfuyuanDemonstration Station for the Integration of Solar Power, Energy Storage, and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) Charging and Discharging...located in the Jiangning Development Zone. Owners of new energy vehicles can charge for 5 minutes at a 600-kW, fully liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging station to gain a range of 300 kilometers. Owners can also earn income by “charging during off-peak hours and discharging during peak hours.” “The charging stations can flexibly adjust when and how much electricity is discharged based on the real-time demands of the power grid,” explained Yang Kang.

At the end of last year, this site—as part of the InfiSource (Nanjing) Zero-Carbon Park project—was selected for the “Key Technologies and Equipment for Sustainable Urban Development” priority program under the National Key R&D Plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan. A 1.5-megawatt photovoltaic system has been installed across the park’s rooftops and is directly connected to the DC busbar via a DC conversion system, maximizing the “generate-and-use-immediately” efficiency of green electricity and reducing conversion losses.

Meanwhile. It innovatively introduces a closed-loop hydrogen energy utilization system comprising “green electricity—hydrogen production—hydrogen storage—fuel cell power generation,” using surplus solar power to produce hydrogen,It also generates electricity via fuel cells as needed, providing the park with a long-term, stable supply of clean energy.

“Once the China headquarters is fully operational, production capacity will expand further, and the overseas expansion strategy of ‘Made in Jiangning, Sold Globally’ for charging modules will be fully implemented!” said Yang Kang.

I'll have to take a trip to Nanjing sometime.

See just how "Laisi" Nanjing really is
