Nanjing Yinmao Microelectronics develops and manufactures IGBT power modules with independent intellectual property rights as its main business. As the core device to replace imported devices, our IGBT power modules are widely used in various electric control system fields of energy saving and consumption reduction: industrial frequency conversion, new energy, power supply equipment, public transportation, aerospace and national defense fields.
The company's industrial park is located in Lishui Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 110 acres, and has built a total of more than 20,000 square meters of electronic plants, office buildings, R & D buildings and living quarters. With the world's most advanced process manufacturing, product testing and reliability testing equipment, the company has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million pieces of small and medium power modules and more than 200,000 pieces of high-voltage high-power modules, and is one of the largest power electronic power module production bases in China.
