In the workshop, more than 400 mobile robots work together under the command of the intelligent system, which can meet the free switching of more than 3,000 personalized combinations, and improve the production beat of a single vehicle to 102 seconds.
The wave of intelligent manufacturing has unfolded in the whole region. In October this year, a total investment of 3 billion yuan in the new factory of Yiqia Zhiqi was officially put into production. In the workshop, red mechanical arms dance in an orderly manner, AGV carts shuttle autonomously, and an unmanned car comes off the line every 6 minutes on average, interpreting the new speed of "Lishui Intelligent Manufacturing" with "building block" flexible production.
Nanjing Huateng Auto Parts Intelligent Factory, on the other hand, has laid out 50 fully automated cold heading commutator production lines, with an annual production capacity of 12 million units/sets. "Through the comprehensive application of intelligent equipment and production management system, the factory has realized the digital control of the whole process, and the overall production efficiency has been improved by more than 30%." "Unmanned logistics vehicles not only ease the pressure of manpower shortage, but also optimize driving efficiency through intelligent path planning, significantly reducing operating costs." Du Wanyun, project director of Nanjing E-Cart Intelligent Factory, introduced.

At the recently held 2025 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference, Kaiwu Group presented its Skyworth Urban Wizard, unmanned delivery logistics vehicles and other innovative products, comprehensively demonstrating the company's breakthrough achievements in the field of unmanned vehicles. Nowadays, unmanned vehicles have been put into application in real-life scenarios such as airport shuttle and express delivery.
Lishui is systematically laying out the intelligent networked automobile industry:The whole region has put 20 driverless logistics vehicles, realizing normalized operation in many scenes such as unmanned cleaning and intelligent security; opening 12 intelligent network link test roads, covering the city's main roads and the core park network; building a 25-kilometer-long unmanned distribution demonstration line of "delivery and postal supply", helping urban and rural logistics to smooth the "last kilometer" of the road.
