The main structure of the Jiangsu Ruihua project was fully topped out in June. Work has now moved on to secondary structural work and MEP installation, and the project is scheduled for overall completion in December.
At present, the total project volume has exceeded 60%, and the construction “progress bar” is fully filled. Stepping onto the site, one sees a forest of tower cranes and vehicles crisscrossing the area; the eye-catching red banner celebrating the topping-out ceremony is particularly inspiring, and the energy of the “Gaochun Speed” can be felt everywhere.

Work is proceeding on multiple fronts, with a buzz of activity
Outdoors, workers are busy cutting rebar and hoisting materials, while construction on the utility networks is proceeding simultaneously; indoors, masonry, MEP, and fire protection systems are moving forward at a rapid pace, and work on the rooftop machinery rooms and equipment is also in full swing.
With each stage of the process proceeding in an orderly and coordinated manner and all parties working in close collaboration, the entire project is like a precision-engineered engine, moving full steam ahead toward the goal of completion by the end of the year.

As a major provincial-level project, this project is being invested in and constructed by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Ruihua Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.,The total investment is approximately 3 billion yuanThe
Phase I covers an area of approximately 78 mu and includes a R&D building, dormitories, production facilities, a wastewater treatment plant, and an associated waste collection station. The project will procure more than 100 sets of advanced equipment, including AG coating and spraying equipment, vacuum magnetron sputtering coating machines, and CNC engraving machines. Once fully operational, annual production is expected to reach:

🔹 Display module approx.1 million yuan
🔹 HUD (Head-Up Display) module, approx.500,000 yuan

Since construction began, the contractor, China Construction Fifth Engineering Division, has adhered to meticulous management and scientific construction practices. Not only did it complete the topping out of the main structure ahead of schedule, but it also accelerated the project’s construction pace.
Next, construction, interior finishing, and outdoor work will all be wrapped up simultaneously, with full completion and final inspection expected in December of this year.
