An update on the progress
On January 7, the construction site of Dongge Village, Yongning Street, made a new breakthrough in the construction of the Nanjing Bridge of the new Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei high-speed railroad (hereinafter referred to as the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei high-speed railway).
This 6300-ton "steel giant", after 60 minutes of counterclockwise flat turn 60 degrees to successfully cross the Beijing-Shanghai Railway trunk line, to achieve the precise turn of the body to merge!It marks the breakthrough progress in the construction of Shanghai-Nanjing-Heritage High-Speed Railway Project and opens the key channel for the subsequent erection of box girders.
The continuous girder is 97.5 meters long, and the main body is a prestressed concrete box girder structure, which adopts the design of prestressed concrete single box and single chamber with variable height and variable cross-section.
The girder was first cast in parallel to the line on the railroad side, in which the No.0 block was cast in situ with coil buckling bracket, and the rest of the girder sections were cast by hanging basket cantilever method. After the casting was completed, the whole girder section was symmetrically hauled by 2 sets of 200-ton jacks to turn 60 degrees counterclockwise and accurately positioned to the designed bridge position within the "window period" of the railroad operation, solving a series of technical problems such as safety control of the construction on the business line and precision control of large-tonnage transitions.
