The meeting pointed out that we should do a good job in promoting the stable growth of foreign trade, and provide strong support for the economy to continue to rebound. It is necessary to increase financial support, expand the scale and coverage of export credit insurance, make full use of policy loans for small and micro foreign trade enterprises, continue to improve financial services for foreign trade enterprises in terms of credit-granting, lending and repayment, optimize cross-border trade settlement, and help enterprises to improve the level of exchange rate risk management. To grow new momentum in foreign trade, promote the development of cross-border e-commerce, and promote the construction of overseas intelligent logistics platform. It is necessary to strengthen the service guarantee for foreign trade enterprises, promote the innovative development of green trade, border trade and bonded maintenance, enhance the capacity of foreign trade maritime transportation guarantee, and increase the support for foreign trade enterprises to reduce the burden and stabilize jobs. To attract and facilitate cross-border exchanges of business people, and steadily push forward the negotiation of mutual visa-free agreements with more countries.
The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to implement in depth the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee on actively coping with the ageing of the population and developing the cause of old-age care and the old-age care industry, and to effectively grasp the major livelihood issues of old-age care, further improve the service system through deepening the reforms, so as to better satisfy the diversified needs of the elderly at multiple levels and to better realize a sense of worthiness in old age. It is necessary to strengthen basic elderly care services focusing on care for the disabled elderly, focus on increasing the number of nursing care beds, increase the training of elderly caregivers, and enhance the function of care services in different service forms, such as at home, in the community, and in institutions. Particularly for the elderly, living alone and other special difficulties of the elderly, should be targeted to provide meal assistance, bath assistance, home aging transformation and other services. It is necessary to further stimulate the vitality of the development of the elderly care business and the elderly care industry, vigorously develop the silver-hair economy, mobilize social forces to participate more actively, give full play to the role of the market mechanism, increase the supply of services through multiple channels, enhance the level of service, release the potential of elderly care consumption, and expand domestic demand.
