Lot B of the South Station 5G+ Innovation Park Project is located south of Dingwall Road and east of Ludu Avenue, which is a key project of Nanjing. The project covers an area of about 27,000 square meters and consists of two main buildings and basements. Among them, Block B1 is 28-storey with a height of 130 meters; Block B2 is 18-storey with a height of 81.15 meters, and the total construction area of the project is over 200,000 square meters.
According to the construction unit of China Construction 8 Bureau on-site project chief engineer Liu Zhijian introduction, the building in the construction project, the use of a combination of aluminum alloy template construction system, significantly improve the quality of the concrete structure molding, to achieve the "structure of a molding", the structure of the size of the deviation is small. And the use of "galvanized fish scale steel mesh + inflatable rod" combination process, significantly improve the strength of concrete and appearance quality.
The project also adopts a new type of assembled steel truss floor joist, which assumes the function of the bottom mold of the floor slab during the main construction stage, realizing the rapid connection of factory prefabrication and on-site installation, and compared with the traditional process, it has the advantages of no dismantling of the mold, less support, and so on. During the construction process, a variety of construction robots were put into use on site to improve the technological content of intelligent construction.

Lot B of South Station 5G+ Innovation Park Project is developed and constructed by Nanjing Software Valley Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Co., Ltd, and the project includes an ultra-high-rise scientific research office building and a high-rise scientific research office building.
