Recently, Huai'an Girder Yard, the pre-station 1 bid of Ninghuai Intercity Railway of 19th Bureau of China Railway, completed the prefabrication of all box girders.
Huai'an girder yard covers a total area of 198 acres and undertakes the task of prefabricating 1,075 simple supported girders in the tender section.It is the largest prefabricated girder yard in the whole line of Ninghuai Intercity Railway.The yard is equipped with two 180-type mixing units, 10 girder making bays and 52 girder storage bays, with a maximum storage capacity of 104 bays.
In order to ensure the successful completion of box girder prefabrication task, the project department introduces automated steel processing and production equipment, intelligent tensioning and pressurization cart, automatic maintenance spray system and other intelligent equipments; with the help of intelligent command center and informatization management platform, it monitors and controls in real time the key processes such as raw material entry, steel processing, template installation, etc., which comprehensively improves the quality of the prefabricated girder and achieves the digital intelligent management for the whole life cycle of the girder yard. management.
