Nanjing Yizhou Food Technology Co., Ltd. is a representative of Lishui's food industry, with the ability of the whole bakery industry chain, cooperating with more than 30 famous brands such as Box Office and Three Squirrels, serving more than 300,000 people per day, and possessing a solid industrial foundation and market influence.

Relying on the scientific research advantages of China Pharmaceutical University and the industrial resources of Yizhou Food, the Joint Laboratory of Collaborative Innovation of Healthy Bakery Functional Foods will innovate the integration mode of "medicine and food + bakery", and develop a series of functional bakery products such as low GI, glucose and fat restoration, weight loss, health care products, etc., which can meet diversified health demands by means of bio-extracts screening and formula optimization, with a focus on the segmentation of the customer groups such as diabetic and fitness groups. Through the screening and formula optimization of biological extracts, focusing on the segmented customer groups such as diabetic people, Yizhou Food develops a series of functional bakery products such as low GI, sugar-lipid repair, weight loss, fat loss, health care products, and so on, to realize the "reduction of sugar but not the reduction of flavor", and to satisfy the diversified health needs. At present, Yizhou Food has laid out a new production base in Yongyang Street, which is used to undertake the transformation of laboratory results and large-scale production. After the completion of the base, it is expected to realize an annual output value of about 800 million yuan, which will strongly promote the transformation of healthy baking technology and the construction of industrial ecology.
