Construction content: a highway taking into account the standard of urban roads, starting from the development zone of Zhetang planning all the way, finally Honglan Hongzhang line, 23.7 kilometers long; set up a tunnel, starting from Binhuai Avenue, and finally traffic West Road.
Years of construction:: 2019-2025.

On the afternoon of January 30, 2024, the handover and acceptance meeting for the section from Tianshengqiao Avenue to Hongzhang Line of Phase I of the reconstruction and expansion project of Lishui Section of Provincial Highway 204 was held in Lishui District Transportation Bureau and passed the handover and acceptance successfully.
Tianshengqiao Avenue to Hongzhang line section is 5 kilometers long, using highway level one standard construction, design speed of 80 kilometers per hour, divided into the main line of three lanes and non-motorized road, roadbed width of 33 meters.

According to "Bidding Announcement for Subcontracting of Determining and Drilling for Ningxuan Railway", Ningxuan Railway is located in the south of Suzhou and Anhui province along the river within the urban agglomeration, located in the core area of Nanjing metropolitan area on the axis of north-south development; starting from Nanjing city in Jiangsu province in the north, and then passing through the Jiangning district (Lukou Airport), Lishui district and Gaochun district of Nanjing city in the south, and finally ending up in Xuancheng city, Anhui province, which is located in the south of Suzhou and Anhui province within the urban agglomeration along the river. It is an important part of the second corridor of Ning-Hangzhou and the new rapid railroad corridor of Lu-Su-Anhui-Gan.

Qinhuai River waterway is an integral part of the province's "two vertical and five horizontal" trunk waterway network, and it is an important contact line between the Yangtze River golden waterway and the Wushen Line Yangtze River Delta high-grade waterway. The section from Lishui Shishu Lake to Jiangning Pengfu has passed the delivery and acceptance in December 2021, and was officially completed in June 2022 and opened to navigation.
3、Lishui District Tianshengqiao River (Chenjiaqiao - Rouge River Bridge section), Lacqiao River (Dangxixu section) treatment project
Building content:Chenjiaqiao - Rouli River Bridge section: embankment seepage control and reinforcement of 1.78 km, the new top of the embankment road 5.08 km, the waterfront slope bank protection, greening 3 km, the treatment of skimming ditch 3 and along the building renovation, etc.; Dangxi polder section: embankment up to the standard of 3.65 km, seepage control and reinforcement of 1.42 km, the bank slope protection of 5.48 km, the new top of the embankment road 5.18 km, dredging and dredging of 5.1 km and along the supporting buildings renovation of 5 and so on. 5 buildings along the line, etc.

5Qinhuai River and Shishu Lake water system connection project
Building content:A new diversion gate and 4.2 kilometers of culverts connecting Tianshengqiao River and Putang River, with a design diversion flow rate of 5 cubic meters per second; improvement of Putang River with a total length of 8.2 kilometers, including siltation and dredging, river protection and the penetration of three dikes; and a new storage project for Xinqiao River, with a water storage level of 5-6 meters.
